Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services sold directly by us, including websites, apps, custom software, content, video and channel services, advertising management, and digital growth and automation. The exact payment schedule for your project is in your Proposal.

Products such as CRMaster are sold under their own terms on their own websites. Refunds for those products follow the policy published there.

The initial consultation is free. You are not charged for it and there is nothing to refund.

If you cancel in writing before we have started work on your project, we will refund the advance you paid, less any payment-gateway charges and any third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf that cannot be recovered, such as domain, licence or asset purchases.

Work is treated as started once the kickoff call has taken place, discovery or design has begun, or you have shared assets and access for us to start.

If you cancel after work has begun, you pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation, assessed against the milestones in your Proposal, plus any non-recoverable third-party costs. If you have paid more than that amount, we refund the difference. If you have paid less, we will invoice the balance.

Milestones or deliverables that have already been delivered to you for review are not refundable.

For ongoing services, such as channel management, advertising management or maintenance, you may cancel by giving the written notice period stated in your Proposal, or 30 days if none is stated. Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable, and the service continues until the end of that period.

• Third-party costs already paid on your behalf, such as domains, hosting, licences, stock assets, app-store fees and payment-gateway fees.
• Advertising spend. It is paid to Meta, Google or other platforms, and any refund or credit depends on their policies.
• Deliverables you have accepted, approved or put into use.
• Work paused or delayed because required inputs, feedback or payments were not provided for an extended period.
• Dissatisfaction with results that depend on factors outside our control, such as rankings, views, leads, sales or platform decisions, where the agreed work was delivered.

If we fail to deliver a material part of the agreed scope and are unable to put it right within a reasonable time after you have told us in writing, you are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for the undelivered portion. We will first offer to correct the work through the agreed revision rounds, because that is usually the fastest way to a good outcome.

Email shubhamjha@crmaster.in from the address you used for the engagement, with your name, company, project name, invoice or payment reference and the reason for your request. We aim to review it and reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from approval for the amount to reach your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If an amount is debited but the payment fails, or you are charged twice, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help trace it and refund any duplicate.

Where a refund includes GST, we will issue a credit note or adjust the invoice as required by applicable tax law.

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most concerns are resolved quickly and directly, and we will provide records to your provider if a dispute is raised.
